薮宏太、10代最後に舞台初主演
Ｈｅｙ！Ｓａｙ！ＪＵＭＰの薮宏太（１９）が、ミュージカル「ＳＨＥ ＬＯＶＥＳ ＭＥ」（１２月１２日～１０年１月３１日＝東京・シアタークリエ）で舞台初主演することが１９日、分かった。「１０代の最高の締めくくりにしたい」と瞳を輝かせた薮は「スキルアップは普段の活動にも役立つ。半年後が楽しみ」と早くもボイストレーニングを開始。初主演に気合満々だ。

Ｈｅｙ！Ｓａｙ！ＪＵＭＰの最年長・薮が１０代最後に、大仕事に取り組むことになった。同作は１９６３年にブロードウェーで初演。日本でも９５、９７、９８年に市村正親（６０）主演で上演された名作だ。くしくも千秋楽はハタチの誕生日。薮は「２０代へのスタートダッシュが切れたら」と気合を込めた。
劇場・シアタークリエとしても、前身の芸術座時代を含め１９５７年からの歴史の中でも最年少男性座長を迎え入れることに。座長を支えるため事務所の先輩も一肌脱ぐことが決定。少年隊の錦織一清（４４）が演出し、植草克秀（４２）が特別出演、若き才能をもり立てる。薮は「錦織さんは舞台をよくするため命をかけてる方。植草さんの歌は初めて聞いた時、心に残る歌声でした。間近で聴けるのはうれしい」と声を弾ませた。
ジャニーズからは“援軍”だけでなく、“強敵”も出現する。上演期間中、会場のすぐそばにある帝国劇場では、滝沢秀明（２７）が舞台に立っている。薮は「常に滝沢君の背中を見て踊っていた。ライバルの立場になれるのはうれしい」とニヤリ。全身全霊をかけた舞台で“大人”へのＪＵＭＰを誓っていた。

I actually watch the whole thing. It was quite funny during parts of the show.
There are 2 teams:
Yamada Team (Yama-chan, Wakabayashi, Kasuga)
Yamazaki Team (Chinen, Hikaru, Yamazaki)

Yama-chan do know what he’s doing. I was surprised. He knows how to cook, I believe. Chinen is so funny, he spent nearly the whole time cleaning his hand. I think he was trying to cut the onion and peeked at Yama-chan for a second. haha…he’s so funny when he did that. Then after 3 minutes, the next person. Hikaru cut the ingredients and placed it in the frying pan. They were making omlet rice. Hikaru and Chinen’s team won this round but lost in the end.

Ｈｅｙ！Ｓａｙ！ＪＵＭＰがクラスメート募集…４月「スクール革命！」
人気グループ「Ｈｅｙ！Ｓａｙ！ＪＵＭＰ」の山田涼介（１５）、知念侑李（１５）、八乙女光（１８）が出演する４月４日スタートの日テレ系新昼の バラエティー番組「スクール革命！」（日曜・前１１時４５分）で、新レギュラーを決める番組内オーディションを行うことになった。
同番組は学校という設定の中、山田、知念、八乙女が３年Ｊ組の生徒となり、担任教師のお笑いコンビ「ウッチャンナンチャン」の内村光良（４４）とユニークな学園生活を展開する。
毎週ゲストによる特別授業、給食、放課後、クラブ活動などのコーナーが用意される中、ＪＵＭＰの３人のクラスメートとなる新入生オーディションを初回からスタート。
最終選考に残った１人は、番組レギュラーの座をゲットするとともに、ジャニーズ事務所の研修生としてレッスンが受けられるお宝企画。八乙女は「オーディションに受かって新入生になったら僕らと一緒に番組の収録を楽しんでもらいたいです」と新入生を心待ちにする。
１５歳の等身大の姿で番組に臨む山田は「できるだけ素を出して、どんどんしゃべっていきたいと思います」。知念も「共演者の皆さんのすてきなところを吸収しながら楽しい番組にしたいと思います」と抱負を口にした。
